What you'll do
Collaborate with PCB designers, silicon engineers, and developers.
Write and maintain embedded firmware in Rust, C, and Assembly.
Develop proof-of-concept features on Raspberry Pi (e.g., Pi 4, Compute Module).
Work with STM32 MCUs, including board bring-up, peripheral drivers, and bootloader customization.
Build test benches and CI pipelines for SBC and MCU platforms.
Optimize code for real-time constraints, power usage, and security.
Work with hardware teams, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to best practices.
Support R&D, patent filings, and technology evaluations.
what we're looking for
Bachelor’s or Master’s in EE, CS, or related.
Comfortable with Raspberry Pi, low-level drivers, and custom interfaces.
Experience with STM32 MCUs, FreeRTOS, and debugging tools like JTAG/SWD.
Familiar with SPI, I²C, UART, USB, Ethernet MAC, GPIO.
Experience with C, Rust, Assembly. ≥ 3 years in embedded firmware (optional).
Autonomous, self-driven learner.
Excellent communicator and team player in a fast-paced environment.
English required; German encouraged.
